Product Introduction

· Utilizes a large furnace design with a step-by-step feeding and discharging system for continuous aging. For products with uniform aging processes and large production volumes, the footprint is approximately 55% that of traditional aging furnaces.

· Efficiency and Energy Consumption: Compared to traditional aging furnaces, feeding and discharging efficiency is doubled, energy consumption is reduced by 1/3, and electricity consumption is reduced by 1/3.

· Furnace length and zoning are designed based on production volume. Theoretically, the furnace length can be extended indefinitely. Customized furnace length and aging cycle can be designed according to the customer's required production volume and workshop layout.

· Dedicated transition stations are provided at the furnace inlet and outlet to reduce heat dissipation when the doors are opened.

· For high-volume production, a single furnace is used for centralized aging. Compared to multiple traditional aging furnaces, this reduces the complex scheduling of materials before and after aging, saving space and reducing workload.
