Main function

The hot peeling machine mainly consists of a frame, a propulsion cylinder assembly, peeling blades, a material removal assembly, a bar conveying assembly, and a hydraulic system.

Control system

The peeling machine can be manufactured using an independent electrical control system, PLC control, and touch screen operation; it is equipped with a pressure sensor, and the peeling machine stops operating when the pressure reaches the set pressure.

Main features

Function switching: Press the button to toggle peeling on or off;

Guiding function: During peeling, a pneumatic guiding device guides the process, ensuring uniform peeling thickness and a smooth surface on the aluminum rod after peeling.

Aluminum sheet separation: The peeling blade is equipped with a separator nozzle, and the aluminum sheet is separated smoothly using a special separator.
