On February 28th, GianSun Technology held its 2023 Outstanding Individuals Commendation Conference and 2024 Innovation and Development Mobilization Conference at Zhouzhuang Gymnasium. Zhang Ligang, General Manager of GianSun Technology, attended the conference and made work arrangements. More than a thousand people, including some employees from the group's functional centers and business units, as well as outstanding individuals and teams of 2023, participated in the grand event.
The conference opened solemnly with the playing of the national anthem. The conference commended outstanding collectives and individuals who had made significant contributions to their work in 2023.

At the meeting, representatives from the business unit delivered speeches outlining their 2024 innovation and development plans, covering areas such as quality management, technological innovation, digitalization, organizational and talent development, customer value creation, and efficiency improvement management. The representatives stated that everyone should face future challenges with an indomitable spirit and a courageous attitude of innovation; they should move forward with greater enthusiasm and unwavering conviction, driven by a combination of responsibility and hard work, striving towards our common goals to write a new chapter of high-quality development and create a bright future for GianSun!
Chairman Zhang Ligang outlined the strategic plan for innovation in 2024 at the conference. He pointed out that to strengthen the core business, GianSun should focus on precise positioning, innovation-driven development, and improved quality and efficiency, striving to enhance its scale, digitalization, and branding capabilities to build a comprehensive competitive advantage in the industry. Quality management must be strengthened; each business unit must establish and implement a strict quality management system to ensure comprehensive testing from raw material intake to finished product delivery, thereby comprehensively improving the quality of GianSun products. A proactive mindset and work attitude of "endless innovation and continuous improvement" must be firmly established. The design, processes, manufacturing efficiency, and quality of GianSun products must be continuously optimized to truly allow customers to experience and enjoy the continuous value enhancement that GianSun brings. GianSun's governance level must be continuously improved to achieve the goals of group-based, standardized, and internationalized corporate management. A talent-driven enterprise development project must be vigorously implemented to make GianSun a hub for talent, a place where talent emerges, a desirable destination, and a place where innovation flourishes.
