On February 28th, GianSun Technology held a grand "Gathering Strength for Development, Embarking on a New Journey" 2024 Outstanding Individuals Commendation Conference and 2025 Innovation and Development Mobilization Conference at Zhouzhuang Gymnasium. Group Chairman Zhang Ligang, Vice General Managers Lei Yijin and Huang Mingsheng, and other group leaders attended the conference. The conference opened solemnly with the national anthem, and was officially launched by the host, Tan Fengdan. Following this, the conference proceeded to the awards ceremony, presenting individual awards such as the "GianSun Rising Star Award," "GianSun Outstanding Grassroots Manager Award," "GianSun Support and Promotion Award," "Model Worker Award for Each Line of Work," "GianSun Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement Award," "GianSun Marketing Elite Award," "GianSun Style Award," and "GianSun Innovation Breakthrough Award," as well as team awards such as "GianSun Outstanding Service Team," "GianSun Outstanding Production Team," "GianSun Outstanding 6S Promotion Team," "GianSun Outstanding Equipment Management Team," "GianSun Outstanding Safe Production Team," "GianSun Outstanding Large-Scale Marketing Team," "GianSun Annual Featured Project," and "GianSun Outstanding Innovation Team." Representatives of the award-winning individuals and teams went on stage to receive their awards and took photos with the award presenters, creating a lively atmosphere filled with applause.
Individual honor representative Zhou Wei and team honor representative Han Zhaowei took the stage to speak, sharing their work experience and insights. Zhou Wei expressed his love and dedication to his work, as well as his determination to contribute to the development of GianSun; Han Zhaowei shared the team's spirit of unity, cooperation, and hard work, showcasing the enterprising spirit of GianSun employees.
Subsequently, the general managers of the mold, electromechanical, and equipment business units took the stage to make statements regarding their innovation and development plans for 2025. They stated that in the new year, they would lead their respective teams, driven by innovation and driven by hard work, to make greater contributions to the company's development.
At the conclusion of the conference, Mr. Zhang Ligang, General Manager of the Group, delivered an important speech.
