On the afternoon of August 22, 2025, applause filled the training room of GianSun Technology as the award ceremony for the 7th Annual Scholarship Program, themed "Riding the Waves to Pursue Stars, Jiangshun Together," was held. The company presented honors and awards to five children of employees who were admitted to key high schools and prestigious universities (985 and 211 institutions), witnessing the shining moments of these young students and demonstrating Jiangshun Technology's deep care for its employees' families.

Since its inception in 2019, GianSun Technology has held the scholarship program for seven consecutive years, awarding prizes to more than 20 outstanding children of its employees. Today, this program has become an important vehicle for the company to practice its humanistic care and strengthen employee cohesion.

Parent representative Yu Rong shared her parenting insights using three keywords: "planning, habits, and communication." Student representative Zhang Yiyang, a freshman at Nanjing Normal University, focused on "structured learning methods," explaining how to transform good habits into tangible achievements. Parents and children in attendance listened attentively and took notes actively.

Chairman Zhang Ligang delivered a speech filled with expectations, combining the company's development and educational philosophies. He first congratulated the award-winning students and paid tribute to the parents of employees who have consistently supported their children's growth. Building on this, he expressed two hopes: first, that more parents of employees would actively participate in sharing their experiences, widely disseminating excellent parenting tips and educational methods within the company, creating a positive atmosphere of "mutual help and learning, and common progress"; second, that Jiangshun Technology would produce more exemplary children of employees who excel in both character and academics, ensuring that the company's spirit of "respecting teachers and valuing education, diligent study and practice" is deeply rooted in its development and becomes a cultural gene passed down through generations. He also offered three learning suggestions to the students present:
